Stress leads to diabetes
Stress affects both physical and mental. Recent research has shown that stress from work increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.
According to Reuters, Chinese scientists have followed 3,730 oil workers for 12 years. The results show that people who are more likely to suffer from type 2 diabetes are 57% more likely to suffer from less stressful colleagues. In particular, lack of connection with family, friends and leisure time, disease risk will increase to 68%.
“Work has a significant impact on the risk of diabetes, so it is important to maintain a scientific lifestyle with reasonable weight even when work is difficult.”
